Tim joined Fidelity in May 2022 as a Senior Originator in the Direct Lending team, focusing on the UK market. The Direct Lending team sits within Fidelity’s Private Credit division.

Prior to joining Fidelity Tim was a Partner at Beechbrook Capital, a specialist lower mid-market direct lending fund manager. Tim was involved in establishing both of Beechbrook’s main investment strategies and was a key member of their investment team. Prior to Beechbrook Tim worked at ICG, where he also focused on mid-market direct lending in the UK, and at PwC.

Tim has over 15 years’ experience of originating, executing and monitoring transactions in the UK direct lending market. Tim has completed more than 30 direct lending transactions across a wide range of sectors and has held board observer roles at more than 15 investee companies. Tim is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
