Bettina is Head of Sustainability at Revaia, the largest female-founded growth tech fund in Europe with €400m+ AUM. She is a seasoned executive, with half a decade of ESG advisory experience for private entities. Bettina has been defining Revaia’s sustainable strategic development for the funds and the company. This also involves the deployment of the action plan underpinning the strategy by developing in-house rating tools, due diligence processes and supporting the fund’s portfolio companies on their sustainable journey.

She is a member of the Investment Committee, part of Revaia Executive Committee, and a champion for Revaia BCorp certification.

Prior to Revaia, Bettina was a Director at Deloitte Transaction Services Department.
