Dominic has been the Managing Partner at Sovereign since 2020 after joining the firm in 2002. He has led a number of Buy & Build investments in the healthcare sector including, Xendo, City & County Healthcare Group, National Fostering Agency, SENAD and Eden Futures. Outside of healthcare, Dominic also led Sovereign’s investments in health and safety compliance consultancy, Alcumus, and financial services compliance consultancy, Cordium.  Dominic sits on Sovereign’s Investment Committee and Management Board, and is Chair of the firm’s ESG Collaboration Team.

Prior to Sovereign, Dominic led the healthcare team at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in London where he focused on advising venture capitalists and corporates on M&A in healthcare.
