Pawel joined Abris Capital Partners at inception in 2007 and has led the firm as Managing Partner since 2019. During this time, he has been instrumental in growing Abris’ activities across Central Europe, building an organisation that today numbers 40 people and has raised three investment funds totalling almost €1.3bn. In recent years, Pawel has focused on developing Abris into a flagbearer for responsible investment, and today the firm is the region’s first ESG transformation specialist private equity investor, with a clear focus on driving value creation across its portfolio through environmental, social and governance leadership. In 2023, Abris achieved B Corp certification, becoming the first private equity firm in Central Europe to achieve this accreditation.
